I spent my career in the UK working in-house and agency-side, running conversion rate optimisation programmes for major European and US brands across automotive, retail, beauty, finance, and entertainment.

I moved back to Italy — where I'm originally from — and started Sblocco with a straightforward idea: the same expertise that drives results for big brands should be available to any business with a website that isn't working.
