Data controller: Sblocco, operated by Millie Citton, based in Veneto, Italy. Contact: millie@sblocco.website.
Scope of this policy: Sblocco is established in Italy, and this policy is governed by the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Italian data protection law. This applies to our processing of your data regardless of where you, the visitor or client, are located, since the relevant law follows where the business is established, not where you are.
What data we collect: When you submit a contact form, request a free review, or request a paid audit through this site, we collect the information you provide directly: name, email address, website URL, and any other details you choose to include in your message.
Why we collect it: We use this information solely to respond to your enquiry, prepare and deliver the audit or proposal you've requested, and communicate with you about that work. We do not use your data for any other purpose, and we do not sell or rent it to third parties.
Legal basis: Processing is based on your consent when you submit a form, and, where a paid engagement follows, on the necessity of processing to perform that contract (GDPR Article 6).
How long we keep it: We retain your information for as long as needed to respond to your enquiry or deliver the requested work, and for a reasonable period afterward in case of follow-up, generally no longer than 24 months from your last contact with us, unless you ask us to delete it sooner.
Who else sees it, and where it's processed: This site is built and hosted on Webflow, which processes form submissions as part of providing that hosting service. Webflow may process and store data outside the European Economic Area, including in the United States; where this happens, Webflow maintains its own safeguards to meet GDPR requirements for international data transfers. We do not otherwise share your data with third parties. As of this policy's last update, this site does not use Google Analytics or any other tracking or analytics tool; if that changes, this policy and the site's cookie notice will be updated accordingly.
Your rights: Under GDPR, you have the right to access, correct, delete, or request a copy of your personal data, and to object to or restrict its processing. To exercise any of these rights, contact me at millie@sblocco.website. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (Garante per la protezione dei dati personali) if you believe your data has been mishandled.
Cookies: This site currently uses only the technical cookies necessary for it to function (via our hosting platform, Webflow). These do not require consent under GDPR/ePrivacy rules, since they are strictly necessary for the site to operate. We do not currently use analytics, advertising, or profiling cookies. Should this change, a cookie consent banner will be added and this policy updated to reflect it.
Changes to this policy: If how we collect or use data changes, meaningfully, for example if analytics or new tools are added, we'll update this page and the effective date above.
